Remote Design

In order to meet the needs of potential clients living further away from the ART PROJEKT office and those who want to save time and money on travel and consultation meetings in Tarnów, we propose to perform the design service via the Internet.

Remote interior design differs from traditional design only in that communication between the client and the architect takes place via email.

You can receive messages with prepared projects in the form of visualizations in graphic files, furniture, color, lighting proposals, etc. on your computer. We conduct consultations via email or by phone.

[ Implementation ]

The implementation of interior design projects in this case is as follows:

Before starting cooperation, we try to get to know your expectations and present the scope of our duties and the way of working. Based on the information obtained, we prepare a price offer. After its acceptance, the contract is signed and the advance payment is made to the bank account.

Then we expect you to send us information about the designed interiors, i.e.

  • description of preferences regarding the arrangement (for convenience, we send appropriate questionnaires to fill in, which help you specify your preferences step by step)
  • provide plans of the apartment or house, including the dimensions of the designed rooms, sewage stacks, chimney and ventilation ducts, electrical, water and gas connections, photos of the current arrangement of the rooms. In the absence of a current plan with dimensions, we send a template on how to manually dimension the rooms correctly.

The data we need and the level of detail depend on your expectations, scope and type of work. We agree on this individually. You can send us the above information electronically in any graphic file or by regular mail.

The next step in cooperation

The next and most important stage of cooperation is the preparation of a conceptual design, which we send to you in the form of a visualization electronically to the specified email address. After you have read our arrangement proposal, consulted it and provided any suggestions, we refine the design to obtain the final version that suits you.

Taking into account your comments, we develop the final design documentation and after paying the remaining fee for the service, we send the finished design, in electronic form or printed on paper.

Due to the nature of our services, we do not supervise the execution of the project on site, but we provide advice at every stage of implementation. When undertaking interior design remotely, we rely solely on materials and data provided by you. This is of great importance for detailed projects, where every centimeter is of great importance. In these cases, we do not take responsibility for incorrectly dimensioned space. Nevertheless, we make corrections resulting from such problems if they are identified early enough. It is possible to travel to inventory the designed interiors for an additional fee appropriate to the distance from the Company’s headquarters.
