Architecture photography

Architectural photography is a field that requires great precision, focus and creativity to highlight the assets and hide the flaws of the photographed space.

It is a great way to increase the attractiveness of a property or premises. I recommend it to property managers, real estate agents, owners, restaurateurs and hoteliers, as well as designers and developers.

Continuing

In times when most of us get to know the offer via the Internet, on a computer, tablet or smartphone, it is necessary to ensure that buildings and interiors look great and immediately encourage people to visit them. This is an investment that always pays off.

When photographing architecture, both interiors and buildings, I pay special attention to technical issues, such as setting the correct frame and using natural and artificial light.

In addition to my photography experience, my over 20 years of professional experience in architecture and creating realistic visualizations is also very useful. I have high-quality photographic, film and lighting equipment.

I computer-process the photographs I take to improve their attractiveness. I also take photo and film materials using a drone.

[ In summary ]

All this...

All this allows me to guarantee that the atmosphere of the subjects photographed will be conveyed and that they will be more attractive to your clients.

I precede each session with a thorough interview with the client, thanks to which I get to know your expectations and guarantee a great final effect.

Scope of services

- architecture, interior, art, product photography, etc.
- drone photography and filming
- individual photo sessions

Session duration

It all depends on the type of property, number of rooms, layout of rooms, number of decorations, etc.
For example, a small studio with a kitchenette and bathroom requires about an hour to take the appropriate number of photos. With a larger number of rooms, photos from the outside, shots of the surroundings, etc., the working time will extend to even several hours.

Photo processing time
It depends on the current workload and is determined individually. Usually it is 7 - 14 days.
How many photos do I need

To accurately depict interiors, about 3-5 photos per room are usually enough.

When taking photos of buildings and surroundings, depending on their complexity, about 5-8 photos should be taken for presentation.

Service prices

I determine the cost of each session individually after the client has precisely defined the scope of work. Approximately 5-8 photos should be taken for the presentation.
