Although every design project is unique and specifically geared toward the individual client and their needs, below is the procedure we follow to ensure the client’s needs are manifested into reality:

• Initial meeting with client to discuss the client’s needs and the project requirements;

• Preparation of initial proposal for services subject to client review and acceptance;

• Preparation of preliminary design subject to client review and acceptance;

• Execution of the contract for services to be provided;
• Preparation of the working drawings and documentation for tradesmen (which assists in obtaining specific construction prices and eliminates the risk of mistakes during construction);
• Art Projekt can also provide construction management services.

The firm collaborates very closely with the client to ensure the client’s vision is manifested into reality.
